We wanted to have an oolong offering that could be viewed as an “entry” into oolong and loose leaf tea. This tea checked those boxes. It has an approachable flavor that is not overpowering, but also less complex than our other oolongs. It is also VERY forgiving. If you are just starting out and want a tea that you can learn with with a low risk of “ruining” it with a horrible bitter flavor from incorrectly steeping it, then this is the perfect tea.
